I was born into a traditional South Indian Ayurveda practising vaidya family, where healing was not limited to textbooks or clinics — it was woven into daily life. As the fourth generation in this lineage, I grew up observing how the body, mind and lifestyle interact. This early exposure shaped the way I understand health, imbalance and recovery even today.

My professional journey, however, started in a completely different field. I began my career at TATA Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the world’s leading tech companies. Within a year, I realised that the corporate world was not aligned with my deeper purpose. Choosing to step away from a stable job was difficult, but it was one of the most honest decisions I have made.

To strengthen my foundation in traditional healing, I completed a Diploma in Ayurveda. Wanting to integrate movement, breath and therapeutic application, I went on to pursue a Master’s in Yoga Therapy, followed by a Diploma in Yoga. This combination of classical knowledge and therapeutic training helped me understand the human system with clarity and depth.

My yoga journey began with Vibhootiyoga, a respected online yoga platform where I worked with clients from different countries and refined my online teaching style. I later joined CureFit, one of India’s most recognised fitness brands, gaining experience in structured programming, group classes and modern fitness expectations.

Today, through Rishi Yoga, I work with individuals, families, seniors and organisations across Dubai. My approach blends Ayurvedic understanding with evidence-based yoga therapy to offer sessions that are personalised, safe and effective.
My aim is simple — to make authentic, therapeutic yoga accessible, understandable and sustainable for modern lives.
